Return & Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Items
   All digital goods and services purchased from Ecliptech Hub, including diamonds top up, digital activation code, subscription access, downloadable content, in-app currencies and virtual items are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Customer Responsibility for Information
   Ecliptech Hub is not responsible for losses resulting from errors in information provided by the customer during purchase such as incorrect account details or payment information. 
It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify all entered details are accurate before completing a transaction.

3. Refund Processing for Approved Cases
   In exceptional circumstances where a refund is formally approved by Ecliptech Hub in accordance with this policy or applicable law, the processing of said refund may take up to 7 business days after approval is granted. Any transaction or processing fees incurred may be deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Refund Method
   Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Customers must ensure their payment details are accurate and valid to receive a timely refund.

5. Defective or Non-Functional Products
   If you believe you have received a genuinely defective product (e.g., an digital code that is invalid and was not previously used) please contact our Support Team at ecliptechh@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase.

We will investigate the issue at our discretion,   may provide a replacement code or service access.
