Digital Delivery: All purchased items will be delivered digitally to the buyer's WhatsApp number upon receipt of successful payment.

No Fees: There are no shipping or handling charges associated with any purchase on our website.
2. Delivery Method & Timeline

Primary Channel: All digital codes, vouchers or account credentials will be delivered directly to the WhatsApp number you provided during checkout.

Instant Delivery: In most cases, delivery is automated and occurs immediately (within 1–5 minutes) after payment confirmation.

Technical Delays: System maintenance or high traffic may occasionally cause delays. If you do not receive your code within 1 hour, please contact our support team at

3. Verification & Security

Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct WhatsApp phone number. Ecliptech Hub is not liable for codes sent to an incorrectly entered number.

Manual Review: For security purposes, first-time customers or high-value orders may undergo a brief manual verification. This may delay delivery by up to 1 hours.
4. Confirmation of Receipt
A digital product is officially considered "Delivered" once the message containing the code has been successfully sent to your WhatsApp. Our system logs the exact timestamp of this delivery for security and dispute resolution.
